How to manage all aspect related to Quality Management, cost and risk factors to ensure the success of a project

 

Managing human resources and suppliers
Identifying and managing project leaders and a high performance team to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction

 

The Importance of Effective Communication, Reporting and Control in Managing Projects
Develop and maintain efficient communications and reporting systems both internally within the organisation as well as with external suppliers and contractors.
